To promote the innovation and development of industrial clusters，it is the important task of building the modern provincial capital and strong economic city，and building the “third pole” of the world-class urban agglomeration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in shijiazhuang under the strategy of coordinated development of Beijing，Tianjin，Hebei. The research shows that there are many constraints and problems in the innovation and development of industrial Clusters in Shijiazhuang. Based on the systematic carding and analysis of these difficulties，the paper puts forward the strategic path and task of the innovation and development of industrial clusters in Shijiazhuang and its countermeasures.
