JISCO（Group）insisted the strategy of strengthening the iron and steel and aluminium industries better and developing the relevant industries moderately and coordinately，and vigorously promoted the supply side structural reform，and determined to win the enterprise survival battle and the tough battle of improving the quality and benefits.Its operating condition was improved obviously，and the development capability was enhanced effectively.However，the outstanding contradictions were not resolved fundamentally such as the domestic depressed industry market，the fragile enterprise operating base，the low technology content and the added value，the low high-end product proportion etc.Under the new normal，JISCO （Group） should seize the opportunity of iron and steel and aluminum consumption structure optimization in China，and accelerate the transformation of enterprise production and operation modes to improve the overall competitiveness.
