Based on the GBEE-CRAS2018，56 social responsibility reports of banking and financial institutions in 2018 were assessed and analyzed in this report with targeted recommendations. The research found that the overall report quality of banking industry has improved compared with previous years，higher than the average CSR reporting quality in China；the completeness，credibility，readability and materiality shows steady improvement，and there is a large room of improvement in terms of innovativeness and comparability；these reports stress the disclosure of social issues such as serving national strategies and supporting national economy and people's livelihood.
