Under the background of the construction of Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone，this study analyzed the developing environment，current status，trend and existing problems of the health service industry in Hainan Province and proposed the following measures：constructing the multi-level health service system；basing on the advantages and features of Hainan；increasing private investments；improving the education and employment system of talents；innovating system and mechanism.
