随着北京2022年冬奥会的成功申办以及一系列冰雪运动利好政策的出台,我国冰球运动迎来重大发展机遇。在冰球运动普及率提高,职业市场化程度加深的同时,我国冰球运动也面临着后备人才培养体系尚不成熟,教练员、裁判员、社会体育指导员专业素养有待提高,职业冰球联赛人才资源分布不均等一系列问题。为推动我国冰球运动高质量发展,应顺应冰球职业人才培养发展规律,创新“体教融合”,构建冰球后备人才培养体系;开拓人才引进渠道,减小地域差距;加强对冰球职业人才的管理,构建系统化、科学化、特色化冰球人才管理体制;建立“校中企、企中校”的职业教育培训模式;大力推进“科技兴冰”在人才培养方面的作用,保障我国冰球职业人才储备供给。
<<With the successful bid for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the issue of a series of beneficial policies for ice and snow sports,China’s ice hockey faced in a great opportunity for development. While the popularization rate of ice hockey and the degree of career marketization is increasing,a series of problems such as shortage of professional talents,imperfect reserve talent training system and unequal distribution of talent resources in professional ice hockey league are also existing. In order to promote the high-quality development of ice hockey in China,it should conform to the law of the development of professional ice hockey personnel training,innovate the “integration of sports and education”,and construct the system of reserve ice hockey personnel training. Expand channels of talent recommendation and reduce regional differences;To strengthen the management of professional ice hockey talent,construct systematic,scientific and characteristic ice hockey talent management measures and systems in China;Establishing the vocational education and training mode of “school-in-enterprise,enterprise-in-enterprise”;Vigorously promote the role of “science and technology revitalizing ice” in talent training,and ensure the supply of professional hockey talent reserve in China.
