Water pollution is an important problem restricting China’s economic and social development. The development of water pollution control is of great significance for maintaining national water security，alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources，realizing the goal of pollution reduction and a virtuous circle of water resources. With the increase of urban sewage discharge year by year，the scale of water pollution control industry is also expanding. In view of the problems existing in water pollution control，we should improve the legal system，innovate the management mode，form an ecological industrial structure，CO biochemical industrial layout，and expand industrial financing channels.
