基于康养休闲需求背景、老龄化背景、多元城镇化背景,康养城市(镇)发展迅速兴起。康养城市(镇)的文化内涵在于把握“康”和“养”、“城”和“市(镇)”两对辩证关系。文章梳理了康养文化传统,分析了国内外康养城市(镇)发展现状,呈现了八种类型的康体养生模式。文章对康体养生进行定义辨析与内涵剖析,以马斯洛需求层次理论为基础构建了康养城市(镇)三个需求层次。初步判别出康养城市(镇)发展中的四个误区:误将中老年人作为主要目标消费主体、误将康养当成纯粹的养老、误将康养城市(镇)建设“五化”、误将医疗服务作为主要发展产业。最后总结康养城市(镇)的三个建设路径:以人为本的健康导向路径;技术抓手、目标市场与生态资源复合导向路径;挖掘文化内涵的品牌导向路径。
<<Based on the background of leisure demand,aging and multiple urbanization,health care cities(towns)are developing rapidly. The cultural connotation of the health care city(town)is to grasp the dialectical relationship between “health” and “cultivation”,“city” and “city(town)”. This paper combs the cultural tradition of health care,analyzes the development status of health care cities(towns)at home and abroad,and presents eight types of health care models. Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyzes the definition and connotation of health care,and constructs three progressive hierarchy of needs of health care cities(towns). There are four misunderstandings in the development of health care cities(towns):mistaking the middle-aged and elderly as the main target consumer,mistaking health care as pure pension,mistaking the “five modernizations” of health care cities(towns),mistaking medical services as the main development industry. Finally,it summarizes the three construction paths of health care cities(towns):people-oriented health oriented path;The path of technology grasp,target market and ecological resources compound guidance;Explore the brand oriented path of cultural connotation.
