This study applies the literature review，SWOT analysis，and other methods to discuss the strength，weaknesses，opportunities，and threats of tourism development regarding the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei sports intangible cultural heritage，and put forward a development strategy. The results prove that the strengths are mainly good geographical location，high-quality market，numerous types of martial arts events，and a good mass base. The weaknesses are the unbalanced types of heritage，the imbalanced proportion of related sports organizations，the huge gaps of sports intangible cultural heritage，and sports organizations appearing in different areas. The opportunities are the support of national policies，the coordinated development of Beijing，Tianjin，and Hebei，and the positive guidance provided by “Healthy China 2030”. The threats are the attention of minority groups，the arduousness of developing the sports intangible cultural heritage，and the restrictions on the development and utilization of venues and spaces. Finally，the development tourism strategy of the sports intangible cultural heritage in the Beijing-Hebei-Tianjin area，is proposed from five aspects：policy design，development focus，expansion field，publicity and promotion，and talent training.
