2022年冬奥会的成功申办,使北京与张家口的冰雪旅游发展迎来新契机,京张冰雪大市场正在形成。冬奥会对主办城市冰雪旅游发展的促进体现在基础设施与文化遗产、旅游形象与城市品牌、游客数量与产业发展等多方面。以意大利都灵,韩国平昌,法国霞慕尼、格勒诺布尔、阿尔贝维尔为例,对其筹办冬奥会、赛事期间体育旅游发展及奥运后冰雪旅游发展的经验进行归纳总结,以期为2022年冬奥会背景下北京和张家口冰雪旅游发展提供借鉴。最后提出增强京津冀各城市冰雪旅游发展联动性、提高疫情冲击下赛事吸引力和应对灵活性,发掘地方冰雪旅游特色与塑造奥运遗产等建议。
<<The successful bidding of 2022 Winter Olympic Games brought the new opportunity for the development of ice and snow tourism in Beijing and Zhangjiakou,which promote the ice and snow market taking shape in Beijing and Zhangjiakou. The host of the Winter Olympics advances ice and snow tourism in the host city,especially embeded in infrastructure and cultural heritage,tourism image and city brand,tourist number and industrial development and other aspects. This study takes Turin,Italy,Pyeongchang,South Korea,and Chamonix,Grenoble,Alberville,France as examples to summarize their experience in the preparation of the Winter Olympics,the development of sports tourism during the events,and the development of ice and snow tourism after the Olympics. It is expected to provide a reference for the development of ice and snow tourism in Beijing and Zhangjiakou under the background of the 2022 Winter Olympics. At last,we suggest to enhance the linkage of ice and snow tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities,to improve the attractiveness and flexibility of events in response to the impact of the pandemiccimednap,to explore the characteristics of local ice and snow tourism and to build the Olympic heritage.
