The state has provided strong institutional support for the promotion of Rural Revitalization from the aspects of legislation，finance，professionals，organization and land. The rural industry keeps expanding，and the modern rural industrial system is under steady construction. With the continuous improvement of rural living environment and infrastructure construction，and the continuous improvement of basic public services，the construction of ecological and beautiful countryside has been on the right track. Rural cultural activities have been continuously enriched，the ideological and cultural foundation has been consolidated，and the positive cultural environment has been promoted. By strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations，integrating rural governance resources，strengthening legal governance and promoting moral education，the modern rural governance system is gradually improving. However，Rural Revitalization still faces many challenges，such as unbalanced regional development，insufficient human resources，low quality of industrial development，insufficient social security for people’s basic livelihood，and the low level of capacity of the grass-roots governance. Therefore，we must further increase the strategic financial support for rural revitalization，cultivate new generation of farmers，promote the prosperity of rural industry，strengthen the rural governance capacity，comply with the expectations of the people，and improve the prosperity and development of rural economy and society.
