Food and drug safety is related to people’s lives and health. In recent years，China’s food and drug safety situation has been stable，relevant industries have developed rapidly，and the capacity of safety management has been continuously improved. But problems and risks still exist. Based on the relevant regulatory data released by the food and drug regulatory department，this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of food and drug safety in China，and puts forward policy suggestions to further protect people’s health and life safety.
