以智能化、数字化、信息化为特征的新经济迅速发展,催生出灵活多样的新就业形态,成为我国当前以及未来劳动力市场不容忽视的力量。本报告通过对全国18~45岁新业态和新职业从业者的问卷调查和访谈,考察该群体的发展状况与面临的困境,并提出政策建议。总体来说,新业态青年多为就近就业,工作动机多为兴趣爱好与入行要求简单,其工作满意度略高于青年整体,并对未来的社会流动和职业前景持积极态度。另外,新业态青年普遍反映工作时间长、就业不稳定,面临着职业歧视和福利保障不完善等问题。本报告建议采取创新完善新业态劳动关系认定、健全完善社会保障机制、推进职业培训和素质培养等措施,从而切实保障新业态群体的劳动权益、完善其社会保障和促进其社会融入。
<<The rapid development of the new economy characterized by intelligence,digitization and informatization has created flexible and diverse new forms of employment,which has become a force that can not be ignored in China’s current and future labor market. This report investigates the working condition and difficulties faced by new business practitioners aged 18-45 in China,and puts forward policy suggestions. Generally speaking,most of the young people in the new business are employed within their own province,and their primary motivation is mostly driven by personal interests and low threshold of entry. Their job satisfaction is slightly higher than that of the young people as a whole,and they hold a positive attitude towards future social mobility and career development. However,on the other hand,young people in the new business generally complain the long working hours,career instability,occupational discrimination and lack of basic salary guarantee. The report suggests redefining the labor relations,improving the social security mechanism,and promoting vocational training,so as to effectively protect the labor rights and interests of this group and improve their social security and social integration.
