2021年以来，大国关系逐渐摆脱疫情造成的波动，沿原有互动逻辑继续发展变化。中美关系继续恶化，美国对中国施压方式有所改变。中俄关系继续保持历史最高水平，美俄关系的有限度重启难以对此造成实质性影响。中欧关系明显走低，美欧关系的加强对中欧关系产生负面影响。中国已经成为当今世界多组重要大国关系的交点。
<<The year of 2021 witnesses the unraveling of great power relations in accordance with its pre-COVID tendencies. The tension between the US and China keeps intensifying，and the track that Trump sets for the China Policy remains in the Biden administration with some alterations. The Sino-Russian relationship is still at its historical best，though a bettering Russian-US relationship may pose some uncertainty. The Sino-EU relationship and the EU-US relationship form a double-folded dynamic，through which the US act detrimentally on the relation between EU and China. China has become a barycenter in great power relations as of today.
