This is a case study on Miaoli Community College，Taiwan.It explores the organization structure，campus structure and curriculum structure，The article outlines six characteristics of Miaoli Community College.The intellectuals play an important role in the Miaoli Community college；The local government support and supervise Miaoli Community College；It pays attention to vulnerable groups，and promote community equality；Miao Community College have an extensive cooperation with social organizations to effectively integrate social resources；Residents discuss community issues through learning mechanisms and participatory mechanisms；Miaoli Community College promotion deliberative democracy and influence some public policy.This article tells us community college have modern knowledge and technology for residents，expand the channels of employment，foster community values.It will build inner spirit，promote social stability and improve quality of life.
