Community is an important part in the society assistant system of the person with disabilities；it is the groundwork for the development of disabled community work and service also.On the basis of the data of the Second China National Sample Survey on Disability in Zhejiang Province，this report summarizes the characteristic of Zhejiang province’s disability work & service，and proposes the path chosen to enhance the standard of service.Make clear the interrelationship among government、community、market、person with disability and their family，then nail all activists down to take their responsibilities and obligations，strengthen their cooperation，so as to improve the levels of social service and increase social welfare.
