本文以北京市276个教育、传媒、培训、研发类科普基地为研究对象，以2016～2018年的科普统计调查数据为基础，对北京市各类科普基地的科普能力进行分析和研究。各项研究均在总结以往研究的基础上建立评估指标体系，辅以专家访谈，对各类基地的科普能力进行定量和定性分析，并提出针对性建议。
<<In the present paper，by taking 278 education，media，training and R&D science popularization bases in Beijing as the research objects，the science popularization capacities of various science popularization bases were analyzed and investigated based on the statistical survey data with respect to these bases from 2016 to 2018. On the basis of the review of previous studies，the science popularization capacities of various bases were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively in all the researches by establishing the evaluation index system supplemented by expert interviews. Moreover，targeted suggestions were put forward.
