火灾是当今世界严重威胁人类生命健康和财产安全的多发性灾害之一，对公众进行消防应急科普工作有着重大的意义。本报告通过对比国内外消防应急科普工作机制与能力，借鉴国外消防应急科普的可取之处，总结了我国消防应急科普的不足之处。为进一步完善我国消防应急科普机制，提高我国消防应急科普工作能力，特提出以下建议：（1）健全落实消防应急科普法律法规；（2）整合消防应急科普人才力量；（3）加强消防应急科普场馆建设和管理；（4）注重科普知识的科学性与全面性；（5）保持消防应急科普活动常态化，注重科普手段的有效性和吸引力；（6）建立完善的消防科普宣传体系。
<<Fire disaster is one of the frequently occurred disasters that would seriously threaten the safety of human life and property. Hence，it is of great significance and necessity to carry out the fire emergency science popularization and education among the public. By comparing the working mechanism and capacity of the fire emergency science popularization at home and abroad，the merits of fire emergency science popularization abroad were adopted for reference and the shortcomings of fire emergency science popularization in our country were summarized in the present work. Furthermore，suggestions on the further improvement of fire emergency science popularization mechanism and capacity were put forward.
