在新冠肺炎疫情防控的背景之下，本研究对比了国内外应急科普机制，总结了权威机构、各类媒体、社会组织和基层社区在应急科普中的作用。为进一步完善我国应急科普机制，提升应急科普能力，提出如下建议：（1）完善应急科普法制体系；（2）健全应急科普联动协调机制；（3）规范应急科普知识内容；（4）创新应急科普全媒体传播模式。
<<In the context of COVID-19 prevention and control，the surveys related to current status of COVID-19 emergency science popularization at home and abroad were conducted in this work. Aiming at proposing suggestions on the improvement of emergency science popularization mechanism and the enhancement of emergency science popularization capacity in China，the roles of authority organizations，media，social organizations and grass-roots communities in emergency science popularization were summarized by a comparative study on the cooperation mechanism of emergency science popularization at home and abroad.
