The ecological environment of Shaanxi section in the Yellow River Basin plays an important role in the strategic pattern of ecological security in the Yellow River basin and even in the whole country，meanwhile it is the strategic center of economic and social development in Shaanxi Province. In order to solidity shaanxi’s position as the demonstration area of ecological environmental protection，the regional advanced area of high-quality development，the inland highland of reform and opening-up and the core area of the Yellow River culture protection and promotion，this report analyzes the current development situation of shaanxi and the problems and challenges it facing from above-mentioned four aspects，Suggests shaanxi establish a new pattern of ecological protection and restoration in the Yellow River Basin based on the “One Belt，Three screens，and three zones” plan，strengthen the control of soil erosion in the coarse sediment producing areas in northern Shaanxi，jointly build the industrial system and innovation system in the Yellow River Basin of Shaanxi，deeply integrate into the “Belt and Road”，and innovatively promote the syncretic development of culture and tourism.
