This report analyzes the development situation and future development environment of Inner Mongolia section of the Yellow River basin，and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote ecological priority and green development in Inner Mongolia section of the Yellow River basin from the perspective of basin coordinated development. In terms of ecological corridors，it is proposed to coordinate ecological restoration and environmental governance，strictly observe the ecological red line，and build a green ecological corridor along the Yellow River in Inner Mongolia. In terms of infrastructure system，it is proposed to build a modern comprehensive infrastructure system with high efficiency，safety and convenience，green and low carbon. In terms of modern industrial corridor，it puts forward a new path of centralized agglomeration and intensive development，and creates a modern industrial corridor with high agglomeration，strong competitiveness，green and low carbon. In terms of innovation ability，it is proposed to deepen the reform of science and technology management system and improve the ability and level of scientific and technological innovation. In terms of opening up and cooperation，it is proposed to serve and integrate into the “Belt and Road” construction，and build the important bridgehead for China’s opening up to the north. In terms of the system and mechanism of coordinated development，it is proposed to improve the institutional foundation for coordinated regional development，promote the construction of the unified regional market，and innovate the mechanism for coordinating interests.
