选择5大类共45项指标，以2006～2018年数据为基础，运用熵权法构建黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展综合指数。从纵向看，黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展综合指数整体呈上升趋势；从横向看，黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展综合指数低于全国平均生态保护和高质量发展综合指数，且差距呈先缩小再拉大趋势；从地区看，可将黄河流域九个省区的生态保护和高质量发展分为高水平、追赶式、低水平发展三种类型。
<<A total of 45 indicators in 5 categories are selected. Based on data from 2006 to 2018，Entropy Weight Method is used to construct the comprehensive index of Ecological Protection and High-quality Development of the Yellow River Basin. From a vertical perspective，the comprehensive index of Ecological Protection and High-quality Development of the Yellow River Basin shows an upward trend as a whole. From a horizontal perspective，the comprehensive index of Ecological Protection and High-quality Development of the Yellow River Basin is lower than the national average comprehensive index，and the gap between them shows a trend of narrowing first and then widening. From a regional perspective，there are three types named high-level，catch-up and low-level development among the nine provinces and regions.
