<<The Internet hospitals can divided into three modes,online services provided by brick-and-mortar hospitals mode,online-to-offline service mode,and doctor-community-platform mode respectively. Online health services are provided by the internet hospitals,such as online consultations,online prescriptions,drug delivery,and health management,etc. Online health services provided by internet hospitals have affected the behavior of physicians and patients. On the one hand,it has a positive impact on alleviating the asymmetry of doctor-patient information and changing patients’ medical behaviors;on the other hand,it has promoted doctors’ knowledge contributions,enhanced doctor-patient interaction and constructed the role of doctors’ collaborative work model. The effects of the online treatment services could be evaluated from the perspectives of service quality,accessibility,responsiveness,and health economics. The quality of online services could be evaluated from acceptability,effectiveness,suitability,continuity and safety.
