The human resources industry is a sunrise industry，under the influence of COVID-19 pandemic，many companies’ production and operation have been negatively affected by the situation，and most human resources service companies continue to achieve counter-trend growth. With the technology empowerment and capital empowerment of human resources industry，the development trend and direction of human resources in China have become more and more obvious. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the product structure，operation status and future development trend of listed human resources service companies，and provide reference direction for domestic counterparts to innovate service methods and realize structural transformation.
