Human resources institutions take service products as the core，and promoting growth with new technologies is an important feature of enterprises’ leapfrog development，which is particularly obvious during the epidemic period. This paper analyzes the service technology enhancement of different regional human resource agencies through the survey of the development status of China’s human resource service technology in various fields，multiple regions and representative enterprises during the COVID-19 epidemic，predicting and foreseeing the development changes of service technology enhancement of human resource agencies in the east，central and western regions of China，and provides reference and thinking for the human resources service industry to grasp the future.
