“十三五”规划实施以来,广西人力资源服务业快速健康发展,成为广西就业创业的重要渠道,通过人力资源流动配置优化用人单位、企业和社会人才需求,已成为广西产业转型升级和经济社会发展的重要支撑。同时,通过人力资源服务也能实现良好的社会效益、经济效益和人才效益。但是,在快速度发展中也存在产业短板,如人力资源服务业集聚度倚重于南柳桂等广西重点城市,广西的经济发展不平衡也导致人力资源服务业在各区域发展不充分,以中小规模企业为主,上规入统企业数量不多,产品服务业态单一、层次偏低等。“十四五”时期,区域叠加为广西人力资源服务业发展提供了难得历史机遇。广西将健全人力资源政策制度体系、搭建人才集聚平台、全面加快人力资源服务机构培育、创新信息化服务载体和线上人力资源服务、强化人力资源市场监测分析,切实推进要素市场化和行业高质量发展。
