Chongqing can fully stimulate the vitality of all kinds of subjects，including the government，employers，headhunting institutions and individual talents，by building a market-oriented talent attraction network with the coordinated participation of multiple subjects and various forms of cooperation oriented to precise talent attraction，and more effectively play the role of headhunting institutions in market-oriented talent attraction in Chongqing.
