Human resource service industry is a sunrise industry encouraged by the state,which develops rapidly and has a strong demand for talents. More than 10,000 graduates are trained every year in the major of human resources management in higher vocational colleges in China,which is in short supply. At present,the training of professional talents focuses on the training of human resources management talents within the organization,and the training of compound high-skilled talents is in short supply;The number of colleges and universities is difficult to adapt to the development of the industry,and there is no significant difference in the number of colleges and universities in different regions,which makes it difficult to adapt to the needs of regional economy and industry development. Enhancing the adaptability of specialty and industry development is a systematic project,which requires multi-party cooperation among government,schools,enterprises and banks,to clarify the role orientation,to give full play to their respective functions,to take market demand as the guide,to set up and adjust specialty,to build specialty connotation and alleviate the structural contradiction between professional talent training and industry talent demand.
