This paper analyzes and researches the salary data of Guangdong Province and finds that：The growth of the average salary level in the whole province gradually returns to normal，which is basically consistent with the sustained and stable recovery of the economy；Under the impact of the epidemic，the trend of salary levels among industries is further divided，emerging industries are on the rise，and entertainment，accommodation，catering and other industries have declined；Employee salary is positively correlated with enterprise scale，educational background and length of service，and the influence is more and more obvious；With the continuous growth of wage income，the salary level gap between contract system employment and labor dispatch employment is bigger.
