In the context of China’s new economy and new industry，the automobile manufacturing industry is growing，and the new energy vehicle industry has shown rapid development due to the influence of carbon emission reduction and carbon neutral factors. In order to meet the growth demand of enterprises，the education and training of talents in the new energy vehicle industry has become the key to the development of the industry. This paper focuses on the current situation of supply and demand，the structure and training content of personnel education and training in Shanghai’s new energy vehicle industry. The study found that the education and training of talents in Shanghai’s new energy vehicle industry has three problems：imperfect education and training mechanism，unreasonable talent team structure and cooperation between schools and enterprises to be strengthened，and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
