本调查分别从人才、用人单位HR等不同角度对北京国际化人才的相关需求进行了访谈及问卷分析,涉及群体包括海聚人才、外籍人才、海归人才等;调查单位包括企业、科研机构等不同类型。调研得出了国际化人才的真实需求及对北京相关政策的建议。同时,通过与其他城市政策的对比,本报告分析出北京在生活成本政策、激励保障政策、人才服务政策、创新创业政策等方面的情况,给出一定的政策建议。
<<This survey analyzes the needs of international talents in Beijing from different perspectives,including interviews and questionnaires from talents and HR of employers,involving groups such as sea-joiners,foreign talents and returnees,etc.;the survey units include enterprises,research institutions and other types. The research obtains the real demand of international talents and suggestions on relevant policies in Beijing. At the same time,by comparing with other urban policies,this paper analyzes Beijing’s living cost policy,incentive and guarantee policy,talent service policy,innovation and entrepreneurship policy,and gives some policy suggestions.
