自2020年新冠肺炎疫情以来,数字化速度的加快、人工智能的迅速发展和应用,给组织全面开展数智化转型创造了非常好的条件。当今世界,组织应用数字化不仅是为了提升速度,而是要更进一步,全面实现智能化,因此,未来的数字化一定是和智能化深度结合的数智化。对人力资源管理来说,要想在未来获得一席之地,必须进行全面而深刻的数智化变革。具体来看,数智化在人力资源管理领域的体现主要是:是否拥有自动化技术和手段,并在此基础上通过数据分析能力的提升,实现智能化场景处理能力。因此,我们在前期调研的基础上持续对人力资源大数据与分析应用方面进行跟踪研究,调查不同类型组织中人力资源自动化场景、人力资源数据分析的应用现状、制约人力资源大数据应用的因素以及存在的问题等,在此基础上提出了实践努力的方向,为提升人力资源数据分析能力,推动数智化转型提供借鉴和参考。
<<Since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic,the speed of digitalization has been greatly accelerated,and the rapid development and application of artificial intelligence has created good conditions for organizations to carry out the transformation of digital intelligence in an all-round way. In today’s world,the organization and application of digitalization is not only to improve the speed,but to go further to make the full realization of the intelligence in an all-round way. Therefore,digitalization in the future must be digital intelligence combined with intelligence. For human resource management,if it wants to gain a place in the future,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive and profound changes in mathematics and intelligence. Specifically,the embodiment of digital intelligence in the field of human resource management is mainly:whether it has automated technology and means,and on this basis,through the improvement of data analysis capabilities,to achieve intelligent scene processing capabilities. Therefore,on the basis of the first three investigations,we continue to track and study the application of human resources big data and analysis,This paper investigates the current situation,problems and constraints of human resources automation scenarios,human resources big data and analysis application in different types of organizations,and puts forward the future development direction,so as to provide reference for improving the analysis ability of human resources data and promoting the transformation of digital intelligence.
