本文通过2019～2020年校园招聘选拔的测评数据，深入了解企业选拔的重点关注方面及应届生的特点表现。主要包括：一是对毕业生的能力、个性、动力和心理健康进行了整体分析，并进一步研究不同学历和不同学校类型的毕业生特点；二是对不同行业关注的毕业生素质特点及不同行业的毕业生素质画像进行了分析。
<<This paper provides insight into the key areas of concern for corporate selection and the characteristic performance of fresh graduates through the assessment data of campus recruitment selection in 2019-2020. It mainly includes：The first is，the ability，personality，motivation and mental health of graduates are analyzed as a whole，and the characteristics of graduates with different academic qualifications and different school types are further studied. The second is，the characteristics of graduates’ quality concerned by different industries and the portraits of graduates’ quality in different industries are analyzed.
