高技能人才是我国技能劳动者的重要组成部分,是社会生产力转化的重要支撑,是制造强国的主要力量,也是大国工匠的代表要素。做好高技能人才的培养就业工作是国家重视和建立“技能社会”的体现,本文从高技能人才的行业需求与就业现状展开分析,提出高技能人才结构性缺员的观点,以及对需求行业之间存在较大的人员不足的问题提出对策和建议。
<<Highly skilled personnel are an important part of our skilled labor force,an important support for the transformation of social productivity,a major force for manufacturing a powerful country,and a representative element of craftsmen in a big country. Doing a good job in the training and employment of high-skilled personnel is the embodiment of our country’s attaching importance to and establishing a “skilled society”. This paper analyzes the demand for highly skilled personnel and the current employment situation,puts forward the view that there is a structural shortage of highly skilled personnel,and that there is a large shortage of personnel between the industry and the demand,and proposes measures and suggestions.
