Based on a brief elaboration about the challenges being faced with Furong CBD of Changsha in space，industry，building，supporting facility and many other aspects，this report summarizes the practical experience locally accumulated by Furong CBD. In this report，the present author makes a series of proposals on the the path of high-quality development for Furong CBD of Changsha. Specifically，it includes strengthening Top-level Design in large and small industries，improving quality and effect in developing economic business types and promoting regional development in intensive and smart growth.
