当前我国正处于实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键时期,“00后”的迅速成长并陆续进入劳动力市场,将是持续影响我国就业形势乃至经济社会发展全局的重要变量。特别是在“招聘难”与“就业难”并存的社会背景下,全面、客观地认识“00后”的就业结构和求职意愿,是有效促进“00后”更加充分更高质量就业的客观需要,具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。本文以全国人口普查数据和抽样调查数据为基础,深入剖析了“00后”的就业结构和职业选择,并就推动“00后”就业提出了对策建议。
<<At present,China is in a critical period of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The rapid growth of post-2000s generation and their entry into the labor market will be an important variable that will continue to affect China’s employment situation and even the overall economic and social development. Especially under the social background of the coexistence of “difficult recruitment” and “difficult employment”,a comprehensive and objective understanding of the employment structure and job-seeking willingness of post-2000s generation is the objective need to effectively promote the fuller and higher quality employment of post-2000s generation,which has great theoretical and practical significance. Based on national census data and sample survey data,this paper analyzes the employment structure and career choices of the post-2000s generation and proposes countermeasures to promote the employment of the post-2000s generation.
