This paper gives a brief introduction to Jiangbeizui CBD of Chongqing about its fundamental state and development history and sketches out the strategic positioning of the important group members of China （Chongqing） Pilot Free trade Zone，which works as an important bearing ground of Sino-Singapore Chongqing Strategic Connectivity Demonstration Project. The present author summarizes the measures that Jiangbeizui CBD of Chongqing takes and the effect of its high-quality development. The author also analyzes the challenges that CBD faces. On the basis of the analysis，the author proposes the following countermeasures，including pushing forward integrative development of Chengdu and Chongqing，continuously introducing headquarter institutions，constantly enriching financial business types，promoting financial opening creation，guiding talents accumulation，optimizing business environment，perfecting policy guarantee，introducing specialized service institutions，prompting business and trade upgrading and other development road-maps.
