近年来,数字技术在提升政府公共服务、社会治理等方面发挥越来越重要的作用,在劳动力市场搜寻与匹配中的应用规模不断扩大。各类市场主体在求职招聘过程中产生的大量数据资源具有动态性、及时性等特点。通过采集并分析实时的市场需求岗位信息,可对劳动力市场、经济形式等进行研判分析,同时可以引导劳动力流动。本文采用大数据技术对全国发布招聘岗位的公共招聘网站进行大数据采集处理,并基于2020年全年全网招聘数据进行不同行业、不同区域、不同城市等维度的分析。动态招聘需求和市场承诺薪酬等分析数据对引导劳动者精准就业、提高公共就业服务质量和执行相关政策具有参考作用。

A large number of data resources generated by various market players in the process of job search and recruitment are dynamic and timely. By collecting and analyzing the real-time job information of market demand,the labor market,economic form,etc. can be judged and analyzed,and at the same time,the labor mobility can also be guided. In this paper,big data technology is used to collect and process big data from public recruitment websites that publish recruitment positions in China,and based on the recruitment data of the whole network in 2020,the dimensions of different industries,different regions and different cities are analyzed. Analysis data such as dynamic recruitment demand and market commitment salary can guide workers to obtain accurate employment,improve the quality of public employment services and implement relevant policies.
