Based on the analysis on the development of Hexi District，Tianjin，this paper analyzes the building economy of Hexi CBD，summarizes the supporting policies and service measures to promote the rapid development of Hexi CBD. It demonstrates the spacial arrangement of Hexi CBD in Tianjin，which is “one center and three regions” including Xiaobailou CBD，the financial and banking service district in Friendship Road，Chentang independent innovation industrial demonstration district and Xinbadali block commercial and business district. In the future，Hexi CBD will speed up the agglomeration with Top 500 enterprises at home and abroad and international organizations by adjusting present stock of property，constructing projects for increased wealth，talents and industries and lead Tianjin Municipality improve its high-quality business environment and city grade.
