本报告从国际比较、国内比较、纵向趋势分析和各区县比较分析几个角度系统总结了北京入境旅游市场的现状和困境。研究发现,北京在入境旅游规模方面,远远落后于深圳、广州、上海、香港、澳门、台北等城市,这与北京作为国家首都的知名度和吸引力是极不相称的。同时,本报告从国际旅游城市建设的旅游资源基础、服务设施基础和旅游项目基础三个方面分析了北京建设国际旅游城市的优势和不足。在此基础上,本报告从深挖旅游内容资源、整合各区县特色优势、加强国际品牌宣传、储备能量应对国门开放四个方面提出了北京建设国际旅游名城的对策建议。
<<This article analyses the status quo and dilemmas of Beijing’s inbound tourism market,from perspectives of international comparison,domestic comparison,longitudinal analysis and district-level comparisons. We find that Beijing lags far behind Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Shanghai,Hongkong,Macao,Taipei in terms of inbound tourism flows,which is incongruent with Beijing’s reputation as capital of China. Furthermore,this article analyses the pros and cons of Beijing’s international tourism development in terms of tourism resources,tourism infrastructure and service capability,tourism industries and projects. We propose four strategies to improve Beijing’s competitiveness in the global tourism market,specifically focusing on deeply exploiting Beijing’s cultural tourism resources,integrating tourism development among Beijing’s counties and districts,strengthening international branding and promotion,and upgrading tourism ecosystem for post-pandemic reopening.
