本报告分析了数字贸易的特点,对北京文化产业“走出去”做了总结回顾,指出北京文化产业“走出去”在内容方面要适应海外消费市场,在渠道方面需要更强大的支撑。北京发展文化产业,应建立国内企业有创作积极性、国外消费市场愿意接受、大平台、低成本的文化产业数字贸易模式。通过对部分文化科技企业的调研,本报告认为文化科技企业发展数字贸易的积极性高,经营策略适应海外消费市场,是北京文化产业发展数字贸易的主力军。但也存在政府支持政策有待完善、企业自身能力不足、海外市场政治经济形势复杂等问题。本报告建议,数字贸易是北京文化产业“走出去”的重要契机,需要进一步强化顶层设计,建立政府引导、企业参与的市场化运营机制,对文化产业企业发展数字贸易给予人才、资金、中介服务等多方面的支持。
<<This paper analyzes the characteristics of digital trade,summarizes and reviews Beijing’s cultural industry going global,and points out that Beijing’s cultural products going global should adapt to the overseas consumer market in content and need stronger support in channel through the use of content and channel analysis method. We should establish a digital trade model of Beijing’s cultural industry with creative enthusiasm of domestic enterprises,willingness to accept by foreign consumer markets,large platform and low cost.
Through the investigation of some cultural and technological enterprises,this paper believes that cultural and technological enterprises have high enthusiasm for developing digital trade and their business strategies adapt to the overseas consumer market. They are the main force to undertake the development of digital trade in Beijing’s cultural industry. However,there are also some problems,such as the government support policies need to be improved,the enterprise’s own ability is insufficient,and the political and economic situation in the overseas market is complex. This paper suggests that digital trade is an important opportunity for Beijing’s cultural industry to go global. It is necessary to further strengthen the top-level design,establish a market-oriented operation mechanism guided by the government and participated by enterprises,and provide financial,intermediary services,talents and other support for the development of digital trade for cultural industry enterprises.
