2020年是一个极其特殊的年份,新冠肺炎疫情突如其来,教育新政频出,民办教育业态发生重大转变。在这种背景下,2020年的民办教育研究呈现两个特点。一是研究成果的载体期刊与报纸并重。民办教育的定位、产权、分类管理、转型发展等常见论题的研究成果多由期刊刊发,体现了研究工作的延续性。疫情应对、教育信息化新态势等年度新热点的研究成果多由报纸刊发,灵活、及时、高效地指导了教育抗疫的实践和教育信息化工作的开展。二是研究者欠缺对相关新政的敏感性,有关研究落后于民办教育业态的发展,有待在今后的研究中进一步深入探索。

Under this circumstances,the private education research in 2020 manifests two characteristics:One is that the carrier journals of the research results is as important as newspapers. The research results on common topics such as the positioning of private education,property rights,classified management,and transformation development are mostly published in journals,which reflects the continuity of research work. The research results of the new hot issues of the year such as the response to the epidemic and the new trend of educational informationization are mostly published in newspapers,which guides the practice of anti-epidemic education and the development of educational informationization in a flexible,timely and efficient manner. The other is that researchers lack the sensitivity to the relevant new policies,and the relevant research lags behind the development of private education format,which needs to be further explored in future research.
