The development trend of the internationalization of higher education is an in-depth interpretation of the education power in the new era. With the continuous demand for international applied talents in the great development of cross-border education and the “Belt and Road” construction，the internationalized development of private higher education，which is oriented at the cultivation of applied talents，is facing challenges as well as strategic opportunities. The article mainly takes the perspective of the construction of the education internationalization governance system in the new era，takes Henan Province as an example，uses the SWOT method to analyze the development status of the education internationalization of private universities in Henan Province，compares and analyzes the gap between private universities and public universities in the process of promoting the internationalization of education and the root causes of the problems，and then analyzes the internationalization development trend of private universities’ education，and finally integrates it into a new path of “S+W+O+T” interactive collaborative education internationalization development，which is convenient to perfect the mechanism of private higher education from both international and domestic levels and related to the overall improvement of Henan’s higher education internationalization level and the overall improvement of the soft power of education.
