高等教育国际化发展是新时代对教育强国的深度诠释。随着跨境教育大发展与“一带一路”建设对国际应用型人才的需求,以应用型人才培养作为定位的民办高等教育国际化发展在接受挑战的同时也迎来了战略机遇。文章主要从新时代教育国际化治理体系构建的视角,以河南省为例,采用SWOT法分析河南省民办高校教育国际化发展状况,比较分析民办高校与公办高校在助推教育国际化过程中的差距及问题和根源,进而对民办高校教育国际化发展趋势进行研判,最后整合成“S+W+O+T”交互协同式教育国际化发展新路径,有助于从国际和国内两个层面完善民办高等教育机制,关乎河南高等教育国际化水平的整体提高和教育软实力的全面提升。
<<The development trend of the internationalization of higher education is an in-depth interpretation of the education power in the new era. With the continuous demand for international applied talents in the great development of cross-border education and the “Belt and Road” construction,the internationalized development of private higher education,which is oriented at the cultivation of applied talents,is facing challenges as well as strategic opportunities. The article mainly takes the perspective of the construction of the education internationalization governance system in the new era,takes Henan Province as an example,uses the SWOT method to analyze the development status of the education internationalization of private universities in Henan Province,compares and analyzes the gap between private universities and public universities in the process of promoting the internationalization of education and the root causes of the problems,and then analyzes the internationalization development trend of private universities’ education,and finally integrates it into a new path of “S+W+O+T” interactive collaborative education internationalization development,which is convenient to perfect the mechanism of private higher education from both international and domestic levels and related to the overall improvement of Henan’s higher education internationalization level and the overall improvement of the soft power of education.
