As the existence of satisfying the diversified education needs of parents and promoting the innovation and development of the preschool education industry，private kindergartens have been playing an indispensable role in the cause of preschool education in China. However，the quality of private kindergartens varies greatly and many problems have been exposed：frequent safety incidents，the tendency of “primary school” advanced education，poor quality of teachers，poor management and so on. In the past two years，the national preschool education policy has clearly encouraged the inclusive and public welfare of running gardens. However，some private kindergartens are facing great operational challenges and survival pressure due to their inadequate adjustment in the process of transformation. To realize the scientific management of kindergarten，we should implement the “principal responsibility system” under the leadership of the board of directors or the board of directors，find out the correct position，strengthen the characteristic of the garden，and improve the scientific management level in the aspects of safety management，financial management，education and teaching staff.
