站在实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的历史交汇点上,河南民办高等教育以高质量党建引领高质量发展,在思政工作、教育教学、“四新”“金专”“金课”建设、社会服务等方面取得新成效,加速向应用技术型大学转型发展。“十四五”时期,河南民办高等教育机遇与挑战并存,新老问题交织。随着改革进入深水区,制约河南民办高等教育发展的主要因素包括现代大学制度有待完善,体制机制和发展模式创新性不足,治理能力建设滞后,人才引进难和人才流失严重并存,教育教学和人才培养质量有待提升,社会服务能力偏弱。河南民办高等教育改革发展离不开各级党委和政府的支持,更需要强化自身内涵建设,健全现代大学制度,创新办学体制机制,打造过硬干部队伍,推动师资队伍转型,深化教育教学改革,提升社会服务水平,走差异化、特色化、高质量、高水平发展道路。
<<Standing at the historical intersection of the “two centenary” goals,Henan private higher education has made new achievements in Ideological and political work,education and teaching,“new engineering,new medicine,new agriculture,new liberal arts” and “first-class undergraduate majors”,“first-class courses” construction,social services,etc.,accelerating the transformation and development to an application-oriented university. During the “14th five year plan” period,opportunities and challenges coexist in Henan private higher education,and new and old problems interweave. With the reform entering the deep water area,the main factors restricting the development of private higher education in Henan province include the imperfection of modern university system,the lack of innovation of system mechanism and development mode,the lag of governance capacity construction,the coexistence of difficulty in talent introduction and serious brain drain,the need to improve the quality of education and talent cultivation,and the weakness of social service ability. The reform and development of Henan private higher education cannot do without the support of Party committees and governments at all levels. What’s more,it needs to strengthen its own connotation construction,improve the modern university system,innovate the school running system and mechanism,build a contingent of excellent cadres,promote the transformation of teaching staff,deepen the reform of education and teaching,improve the level of social service,and take the road of differentiation,characteristics,high quality and high level development.
