    2018~2021年中国教育督导信息化的现状与对策研究

    摘要

    教育督导信息化建设是提高教育督导现代化和教育督导治理能力现代化的重要手段,也是落实国家教育督导体制改革政策要求的重要内容。研究发现,当前全国各地教育督导信息化的建设标准不统一,有明显的地域特性,业务覆盖范围与应用载体存在差异;平台互通互联、资源共享方面较差,存在“数据孤岛”与“数据标准”的弊端;督导队伍信息化水平与平台业务应用整体水平较低。针对研究发现的问题,教育督导信息化建设主要思路如下:教育督导信息化平台多级分布、互联互通建设;解决“数据孤岛”与“数据标准”不统一问题,指导科学决策;提高对教育督导信息化助力督导工作方式变革和督导队伍建设的认识。

    Abstract

    Informatization construction in education supervision is not only a crucial means to improve the modernization of education supervision and governance ability,but also an important part of implementing the policy of the national education supervision system reform. This chapter focuses on “Informatization Construction of Education Supervision”. Researches and analysis,such as questionnaires,interviews,field investigations,were conducted on national,provincial and municipal education supervision platforms’construction. The following results were found. First,in different regions of China,the current construction standards of education supervision informatization were not the same,business coverage scope and application carrier were different. Second,platform interconnection and resource sharing were poor,disadvantages existed in “Data Island” and “Data Standard”. Third,the overall level of supervision team’s informatization and platform business’s application were low. Based on the researches of the current situation of education supervision informatization,suggestions are proposed for the construction of education supervision information,so as to provide the research and construction foundation for the informatization of education supervision.
