Relying on the incubation of hub organization by Women’s Federation in Pudong，Pudong has gradually formed the “she power” of women’s charitable alliance，which has played an important role in poverty alleviation，COVID-19 control and prevention，defending women’s rights by anti-domestic violence，building family charitable culture and promoting social governance. In the future，in order to further enhance the governance efficiency of women’s philanthropy，continuous efforts need to be made in the construction of women’s charitable brand and the building of women’s philanthropic community in Pudong.
