In Pudong，in response to the lack of social support for troubled youths with hukou and the low-quality education for migrant children coming to Shanghai，charity and public welfare organizations have responded positively by launching programs for the troubled youths with hukou，such as social support for children of drug addicts in family and support for troubled ones. They have also explored activities such as music，art and reading literacy for migrant children. As a result，a leading，internationalized，shortcomings-mending and ecological social service system has been built，but we are still facing service difficulties that need to be improved.
