This report describes and analyzes the current situation and trend of the development of philanthropic culture in Pudong New District in recent years，as well as the new philanthropic idea and practices，and the innovative practices of enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibilities. Finally，in view of the problems existing in the development of philanthropic culture in Pudong New Area，the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward：popularizing modern philanthropic culture and idea，improving the philanthropic idea of charity and nonprofit organizations，creating the Pudong model of “social responsibility + competitiveness”，and strengthening philanthropic research.
