本报告基于《中国福利彩票社会责任标准规范》,构建了符合浙江福彩事业发展实际情况的福彩社会责任指标体系,并运用该指标体系分别从购彩者与公众、代销者(业主/销售人员)、政府及其他利益相关方、福彩工作人员(内部员工)四个方面对浙江福彩社会责任建设满意度进行了详细评测。结果发现:浙江福彩社会责任建设的优势主要体现在销售管理责任建设上,但尚不明显;购彩者责任建设亟待提升。建议在今后的社会责任建设中强化彩票发行的初心,加强购彩者责任建设和公益宣传。
<<This report aims to build a lottery social responsibility index system in line with the actual situation of the development of Zhejiang welfare lottery industry based on the “China welfare lottery social responsibility standard specification”. Using this index system,the satisfaction degree of social responsibility construction of Zhejiang Fortune lottery is evaluated in detail from four aspects:lottery buyers and the public,agents (owners and sales staff),government and other stakeholders,and employees (internal staff). The findings:The advantages of zhejiang welfare lottery social responsibility construction are mainly reflected in the construction of sales management responsibility,but it is not obvious;The construction of lottery buyer responsibility urgently needs to be improved. It is suggested that in the construction of social responsibility in the future,the initial intention of lottery issuance should be strengthened,and the responsibility construction of lottery buyers and public welfare publicity should be strengthened.
