The charitable donation in Pudong is higher than the average level of Shanghai and its main characteristics are big foundation-driven，specialized fund-raising and diversified fundraising development models. The “united donation” linked by government，enterprises and social organizations has become a brand in the localization of donation in Shanghai. Based on the problems of charitable donations in Pudong，this report suggests that in order to build a better charitable fund-raising ecology in Pudong by multiple participants，the charitable donation mechanism should be optimized，the fundraising ability should be improved，and the charity database should be created.
